What should I do while I wait for the ITA?

Sorry. Another question. Do I wait till ITA to gather the documents due to the date stamp.
Example: Should my employment reference letter have the date stamp before the ITA or after ? Does it matter?
Are there any documents in which this matters etc?

It does not matter for reference letters.

I will suggest get your PCC from Your home country.
Get Medicals only after you get ITA as it is valid only for 1 year. IF you get it now and say you get ITA after 2 months than PPR after 6 than your VIsa will only be valid for 4 months or less.

If you are claiming points for your education outside Canada, get the Evaluation done.

What does it mean under the Special Notes and Consideration?

Do I wait till it requests Police Certificate from me? If it does require- I upload a document a document " document that states: “I am applying from a country that requires an official request letter from CIC to get a police certificate.”

then wait for them to let me know if the require one?

^ Reading the instructions for the Bahrain PCC, there's no need for an official CIC letter to request it, so the special notes and consideration are not applicable for Bahrain. So you either have to provide the Bahrain PCC, or if it takes long, proof that you applied for it and a letter of explanation.
