what should i do to satisfy the VO for having no PCC

I have a hard time to get PCC from my previous country of employment.
Whats the best way to satisfy the VO for no PCC.

What is this for? TWP? PR?

PCC is Mandatory.

Having a hard time getting one.
I lost my visa then.
Now I'm working to another country. (US Pacific)
I'm TFW with LMO.
Online Application.
Submitted last Nov. 22

I believe your profile already shows that you have lived in UAE? You might have gotten away without PCC, if there was no documentary evidence about you having lived in some place for more than six months. If that is not the case, i don't think there is any way around.

I live there for 11 moths as a seafarer.
Yes my port of entry and exit is in UAE Sharjah.
Though I been in India (Bombay) 4 months.
Iraq 1 month.
Saudi 3 weeks.
Qatar 3 weeks.

And I lived in a Hamriyah Free Zone.
We cannot go outside the free zone.
We only stayed on port.
Besides we don't live on land.
we lived onboard. A ship.
I lost my UAE Visa.
Though I have my Visa Number.
But yet the UAE Embassy Manila will not process my PCC with out my Visa COpy.
I don't know what to do now.

Police Clearance Certificate is not needed for twp? At least that is exactly contrary to what i know. It was mandatory in my case, as well as all other cases that i know of including study, work and other long term visas. The only exception is visit visa and for people under 18.

From what i know and stated clearly on CIC website is, you have to provide police clearance from all places you have lived FOR SIX MONTHS OR MORE since the age of 18.

So your locations with less than 6 months are already excluded.

I have never heard of citing any difference between living on land OR on a ship. May be if living on free zone does not qualify as living on land, you might have a situation, but i have no knowledge of this.

I apply online apps. TFW-LMO
The CIC still not request me my PCC.
Yes I do will submit PCC from the country i worked within six months.
Though if I count the months that I stayed in UAE it is less than six months.
But my port of entry and exit is UAE. This is concern me.

Hi Ben,

If your port of entry and exit is UAE but the clearly obvious duration for STAY (i.e. duration between entry and exit) is LESS than six months, then you don't need to submit PCC from there.

And what other documents will i submitted to support for having no PCC.

Well, I have now have my third TWP in Canada and I have NEVER submitted any PCC to CIC, though I have stayed in multiple places for more than 6 months.

The other supporting document might be the denial of issue of PCC from the embassy stating that you dont have a VISA and they will not accept the affidavit, that should help I suppose.

Well, if you dont have any proof that you stayed more than 6 months in a country, you better dont disclose that.

BUT, I will see if there are any other advise available.
