The Alberta nomination office called my boss to verify my identification couple weeks ago, but my boss missed. The guy left my boss a message and asked my boss to call back, then my boss called him back, but was sent to his voice mail, my boss called him 3 times and left him messages. Have any of you guys experienced this before? And what should I do for this? Thank you so much! Any opinion is welcomed

Hey Ericeye,
Dont worry about them not answering the phones and all will be cool. the guy is probably away on Vacation or something like that. they will always call back when they get back. that happened to me last year as my app was in process and my boss called back but didnt get the guy. when he returned, he called her back. dont worry at all. just chill and relax. i ended up getting nominated and now my papers are only weeks away to be granted Permanent Residency. who knows i could even have my PR on the 19th NOv which is my BirthDay. but that i leave to God. NO need to worry at all. Eric. just believe in Christ if you are a christian coz he is able.

My NOC code is 1231, I applied as a bookkeeper. I sent out my app on March 25th. They asked me for more documents on May 25th, this is the first reply i got from them. Then I sent them the documents couple days later, till last couple weeks, my boss received their call.

Like as you say, it will be a great present from God after waiting all these years. but again, God decides not me. those are my wishes and cant always get my wishes. so anyway, the guy only asked my boss the following questions.
1.If i still work there??
2.How many Hours per week and the pay?
3.If they are still nominating me??
4.How good i am at work and reliable??
5.If i went to school here in Alberta??
6.If they will keep me beyond my PR issuance?
Just simple things like this. nothing big at all. if they want more documents send, then that also why the want to talk to your boss. Dont worry at all. just tell your boss to be prepared to aswer the above and if some papers are missing to send them to the guy.

My boss was called on November 12th 2008 and after few weeks her part was approved. mine was approved on January 9th 2009. they are pretty good people and nothing to worry at all. just chill and wait your certificate, it will be approved i am sure. it looks far but actually its pretty close considering its almost x-mass season. people tend to be happy before x-mass. God willing you'll get yours.

No i havent heard from them at all but hopefully soon. i dont know though coz its the end of the race for this PR Journey. it seems the end becomes so tense. like tension has been mounting today about this. i still have no i dea why. to me NOV 19th is what i am tyargeting to see if i am lucky to receive a NICE 28th Birthday. but if i dont get it, it still not a big deal at all coz i know even if it takes another three months, i know its something thats ending. lets c what happens. but for sure i long for something great on the 19th God willing.

How are doing? Nov 19th is getting closer and closer, are you excieted? Either my boss or me hasn't got any reply back from Normination Office. Is that possible that they will not call back because my boss left them messages and answer everything they asked? Such long waiting really annoys me. Sigh....

Trust me bro i know the wait. i have been there and its not fun at all. i waited for five months for them to issue a certificate for me. the best way to treat is just to make it as a bonus. if its comes then its okay and if doesnt come soon, still live life and have fun. i treated it myself as if i didnt care at all and within time, it just came. sure the 19th is in seven days. lets c what happens. if i dont get it, i am not too worried coz i know its in its final stages. i waited this long. but for sure, it will be a really nice birth day gift next week God willing i'll get. and you right, they'll probably not call your boss again since he left messages. dont worry at all. all will be well. you'll get this AINP.
