What should be the best option to show that YOU ARE COMING BACK AFTER STUDIES?

hi guys.. i have reading on forum, that visas are being rejected because students are not able to satisfy embasy ... that they are coming back after completion of studies...
what should be the best answer for that?

if ur academics are top notch then i think showing property either on ur name or dad's would be great.

if u r involved in a personal business, showing that would be great too.

my academics.. matric 77%
intermediate 76%
ielts 6.5
.. have gap but did job in that....
showed alot of property...

i think that's good enough in your case.

However, for me, getting a visa is all about luck. There is no hard and fast rule at work.

Anyway, those suggestions are usually advocated by successful applicants.

showing property, job letter if u were working, running a personal business etc

i hope God grant us all our wishes...thats all i can say
