What really has happened to Ontario PNP PR applicatios?

Guys, i received my file number just 5 mins ago.
Aug. 25/2014 OPNP w/QA call Applicant.

Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF): Applicants for permanent residence can pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee ($490) at the time they submit their application or at a later date when requested. The processing fee is still required when submitting an application.

I just need to confirm with someone if we can pay RPRF fee right after receiving AOR OR we have to wait until they request for it.
I will keep you posted on this.

Not working for me yet. I guess we will have to wait for a couple of days to see it.

Ameet, give them some more time to put our files into their system. i suspect that it should work by the end of the week.

I am just having the sense that they are actually going backwards on applications on mid-late-2014. Sept-Oct applicants were quite satisfied with the results a couple of months ago. Then August applicants have started to get AOR during the last week. So I am guessing every 2-3 weeks they are going back to the earlier months and clearing out the waiting applications.

No, I'm a September applicant but haven't got anything yet.
