What province can I expect an ITA from?

I am just done with my WES & IELTS. Can someone give me a link to that can guide me through the profile creation process correctly so that I dont mess up anything.

Also I have heard that ppl start receiving the ITAs just after they create the profile.
I know OINP is not sending ITAs as of now. What other provinces can I expect a ITA from?

CRS - 429 ( as checked through the CRS calculator)
CLB - 9
No job offer
No relation in Canada

If your CRS score is good enough to be qualifying for that draw then you will receive your ITA. Every PNP as basic requirements, check them accordingly.
