WHAT OPTION SHOULD I CHOOSE??

I am in a big confusion here..I want to move to canada permanently..I have applied in a lot of universities and colleges and now i have to make a decision between these 2:-
1)should i go for a one year certificate whick is PG certificate
2)Should i go for 2 yrs diploma but it is an undergraduate diploma

Now the problem is that i have already done my graduation so i must go for PG certificate but people say that the chances of getting PR is more in case of 2 yrs of studies coz it gives u 3 years work permit(as per what i have heard)

So please tell me what option should i choose if i am looking for a PR..
UG diploma of 2 yrs OR PG certificate for 1 year..plzz help

i appreciate your reply but sir i have to make a decision between the above 2..cant i go for an undergraduate diploma because it is from a community college..and its length is for 2 years too so i will be eligible for a 3 year work permit and this will make it easy for me to get the PR too..
