What option do I select in level of education in my CRS score calculator

What option do I select in level of education in my CRS score calculator if I have a bachelor's degree (four years) and post Graduate diploma (one years) from WES on my ECA report?
I have an MBA (2 Years) & Bachelor's degree (3 Years) from Bangalore India.

I'm a little confused as to what to select based on WES report. Supposed to be a master degree but they've made it as post graduate Diploma (one year). Here are the options/drop downs to select from on the page.

Please make a selection:
1. None, or less than secondary (High School)
2. Secondary diploma (High school Graduation)
3. One-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
3. Two-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
4. Bachelor’s degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
5. Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must for a program of three or more Years
6. Master’s degree, or Professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession
7. Doctoral level university degree (phd)

According to your ECA, you need to select what AB CA wrote.

I think you used WES that's why they evaluated your MBA as one year post grad. That means, you will miss out 7 points. If it is crucial to your CRS, perhaps you need to select another ECA body to do the assessment.

Thanks for the information. Those points are very critical for me. The problem of having to redo the entire process will take few more months. Do you think/know if WES can redo the report or do I have to get another assessment done and which ECA body would you suggest.

use option 5 and submit your profile. then go talk to WES , if there's a change you can always come back and change the EE profile. in the meantime you might get a PNP (who knows)

May be WES will change may be not. I don't know. And yes another ECA body will take time. So, do what kaushalyap suggested below.
