What now?

My parents have passed all the paperwork—police, medical, and so on—and everything is fine.
They also received the "Certificat de sélection du Québec" (which was transmitted by the Quebec Immigration Ministry to the IRCC).
On the IRCC website, it says that all documents have been received and a decision is pending (?)
So, now what are we supposed to do?
It's not that they can get on the plane, land in Montreal, and present the CSQ to the immigration agents; that is not an immigration visa; it is only the recognition that Quebec is accepting them (based on my financial documents).

So, wait until the IRCC informs me (and my parents) to go and get the PR visa?
From your experience, how long did it take between the CSQ delivery and the IRCC visa?
Thanks!
