Job Description
Develop and maintain generic project management standards, processes and procedures;
Support the setting up of individual project processes and procedures;
Support the use of planning, estimating, tracking and risk analysis tools and techniques;
Provide generic and specific support for the development and content of business cases, project plans and review and audit reports;
Evaluate project performance and recommend changes where performance is found to be unsatisfactory;
Provide in-depth advice and support for project management software;
Contribute to reviews and audits of the management of projects and programmes to ensure conformance to organisation standards.
Support the Atos risk management and reporting processes;
Servicing of project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings;
Administration of project change control including use of configuration management systems, as one element of overall role, rather than a specialist activity.
