he was asking about the NOC , I don't know if he wants to apply or not , so if this noc is not mentioned on the CIC website so it's not applicable to apply

The NOC he was referring to isn't on the CIC noc list. So is there no opportunity for IT project manager

Hello, I am currently working as a Project Manager and my primary duties are looking after web development and other SaaS products.
