What next?

My application has accepted and my CC has deducted on October 21st, 2014. Since then I did not hear anything from Canadian Immigration office. I would like to know what are the next steps and how much time does it takes to complete/receive PR.

what does it mean if credit card is deducted with CAD550? Does they charge CC after verification? What are next steps? Please educate me.
