PER - Positive Eligibility Review: You have been charged and your application is OK. Generally most applications that would eventually be rejected are rejected at this stage. So if you get PER, things are going good.
AOR or File Transfer - Acknowledgement of Receipt. This moves the file from the CIO to the VO
MR - Medical Request
PPR - Passport Request
