hey guys! i sent in my application for a study permit on the 1st of may, i got my passport and a letter indicating i should go for a medical exam today. is it still likely they call me for an interview after this stage?

Most of the countries are not taking interview nowadays. Which country are you from?

Nigeria, they indicated they sent me a mail that has the forms and further info but i'm yet to see the mail

No, they don't take interviews students from Pakistan. If a student gets medical one has most chances to get visa from Pakistan unless something wrong with medicals or some documents proven fake later on their process.

Hello Dipta?
I have recently applied for student visa through VFS Pakistan on 26 july 2013. I have submit all the documents required. I want to know how much chances are there for me to get student visa? I am worried.

My Profile is:
I am a minor.
I have applied in a High School.
I did applied in Quebec and has obtained CAQ.
I have shown enough bank statement and fixed deposit.

I am worried that they might reject me. Need your opinion and advice..!

I cannot predict your visa chances as you applied for school and also minor. But I can tell that if you have followed instructions given for applying and also given the right documents you have a good chance of getting visa.

:-\Pls guys I still haven't received a mail from CIc, do I get worried? Cos I received my passport and letter that stated that they sent a mail wit the medical form and other info's. Someone help pls

If you have applied online you have to go to MYCIC account for receiving files. If you have applied by paper then the files must be attached on that email.Please also check your SPAM as sometimes but rarely CIC messages come to SPAM.

it was a paper application. and i checked my spam still nothing there yet. does it happen that way atimes?

In rare cases people might not get the attached file in the email. In that case you have to email them using case specific inquiry or their inquiry email.

Diva diva am Nigerian too, I applied in April, I haven't gotten any reply yet. Are u on bbm? Here's my pin add me up 2AD90475. Did u apply through an agent or by urself?

Ohh.. I thought you got email. Then wait for a day or two and if you have waited then sent them email telling that you have not got the files yet.

If you have applied through agent then your agent might get that email. Did you receive any paper mentioning medical instruction or something like that where there is a place for attaching your photo. If yes then that's your form for doing medical.
