Hello folks,
I have a question about Employment offer. As per the new rules (march 2013) AEO is no longer being granted and LMO works in its stead. I am currently on a valid work permit issued based on a positive LMO. however, the LMO has since expired. Now, if I want to apply for FSW based on Arranged Employment (I am working for the company already on the work permit) what will I need in terms of an offer?
Simply a letter saying that they want to make my job permanent when I get my PR?
or Do they need to file for another LMO that I need to submit with my application?
Finding it difficult to find information on this.
