U.S. Spousal applying outland, are there any immunizations required to update or have/get before the medical exam? I was told Tdap, MMR, Chickenpox, and Flu shot. Then on an another occasion was told I didn't need anything.

I am American applying Outland and I was only asked to bring my passport and any recent medical records. When I went they copied my passport, took my picture, sent me for chest X-ray in same building, did eye chart test, drew blood, checked bp, peed in cup and dr exam. Cost 400.00 in Houston.
I'm US applying Outland and had my medical exam done in Ontario. I was never asked for medical records. The exam was $200 CAD took BP, blood samples, exam, eyes checked, urine sample and was sent to another dr office for a chest X-ray for $55 CAD. It was a super quick exam. They took a copy of my passport and a picture of me, when I left I was given a form to hand in with my application as I had not applied for PR yet.
They never mentioned needing immunizations of any sort.

If the person who gave you the immunization info was a doctor, then they are just trying to milk you for money. As the others have said, the exam is quick and as they described...no need to have the immunizations done.
