Pls I need urgent help!!!

I started working with my new company on 22 November, 2014, which is suppose to complete 2years by 22, November, 2016. Unfortunately, when i created my express entry PROFILE today, it shows 473 points (which was the points i calculated for 2years when I used the CRS tool) instead of 260 points for one year.

Are you sure is not going to affect me if i receive my ITA before 22 of November, 2016?
What can I do?

Also, the EE profile only shows year and month!

For EE points calulcation, it counted 2 years experience starting October 2016. If you get ITA, just make sure you send all documents once exact 2 years are completed.

Yes, the poorly-designed EE profile only requests year and month. HOWEVER, you MUST qualify at the time you receive the ITA. When you apply to the program, you must give exact dates, and that is what IRCC will use to calculate your experience. If you are not yet qualified and you receive the ITA, you should decline until you are qualified. Otherwise, if you apply before you are qualified, you will be refused (after waiting several months and wasting hundreds of dollars...). And sadly, this has happened to a lot of people who received the ITA one month too early.

One year is 52 weeks of employment (includes a "reasonable" amount of paid vacation). Yes, a year is also 12 months, but since IRCC defines full-time work as 30 or more hours per week, the denominator in the calculations is weeks, so that is the most useful way to count.

You certainly can, although I would wait on the Medical until you get the ITA (or schedule it for the month that you will qualify).
