If you're applying for FSW under EE, then no, a D job offer won't give you points.

It can be any job provided it's a NOC A, B or 0 job. Also, having a job offer isn't sufficient - you also need an approved LMIA.

Do we have to do the LMIA? Or does the company do that? I thought that it was something they would do before offering the job...
