What category do jobs like Front-End developer or Game Developer or other such entry-level, IT/Computer sector jobs fall in?

Secondly, I understand that as a student we are allowed for 20 hours/week work without any permit. But can I get a work permit for work or co-op during my studies?
I don't mean post-graduation but one that will allow me to work more than 20 hours/week while being a PGD student in Saskatchewan.
