what kind companies sponsor work permit now

I lost my last job and am looking for a new one. Generally what kind of companes sposor work permit? A few companies interested in me unfortunately turned out not sponsoring it.

if you enter at canada under LCP then decides to change employment to become either in hospitality jobs or food industry; will the cic approves and issue wp?

then vice versa; if entered as TFW then decides to shift to be a caregiver for a better pay and accommodation; will it also work?

please help....
