Strategic Occupations - BC Provincial Nominee Program - Withdrawal of Nomination
Your nomination may be withdrawn at any point prior to CIC issuing you a permanent resident visa if the BC PNP is not satisfied that you meet the original requirements under which you were nominated. Reasons for which the BC PNP may withdraw a nomination include, but are not limited to:
The Province is advised that information provided in the nominee’s visa application is false or misrepresented.
The nominee leaves their employment in BC, changes employers or is deemed to be no longer living in BC
Without the Nomination, there is no basis for an application for PR therefore, if withdrawn, it will be refused.
