What isa Waybill?

due to a number of inconveniences with Embassy's clients regarding payment for services upon reception, we have been forced to request you to send us an envelope and air waybill (febex or DHL) with an international current account (not a credit card) so that we may send the passport with the visa documents.

what is an air waybill? and what is an international current account?

can't i just send a prepaid envelope?

An airway bill is the label a courier company attaches to a shipment- I assume they mean a prepaid airway bill just like they asked us for to return the paaport after it's ready.
