What is TSA locks

i had TSA locks in 2 baggage and one seperate TSA lock(it looks like ordinary lock with two keys)..if i lock with 3 digit secret code..will the immig officers open it? or (i heard) that they will break the locks to check the bags inside.need some info regarding this!!!

TSA locks are approved by them..they dont need your code to open it..they have the key to open it(a small opening to insert key if u see the lock) so no need for them to break your lock

Wat about the TSA locks with 3 digit secret codes(it comes in 2 big bags as i said)..If i lock with some 3 digit..how do they come to know that code? will they had a key for that too..?

those 3 digits code are for common people for security so that no other person can open..look on that lock their must be some kind of key hole besides 3digit codes, to insert key..that key is only with Transport Security officials..only they can open those locks..they dont need our 3 digit codes

There is a universal code which only TSA people knows ....

Brief is that if you apply any other lock and security wants
To check your bag they will break the lock but security has a duplicate
Key for TSA and hence they open it without breaking

You will get it from any branded bag store in India
I.e VIP , American tourister or sansonite

no need of any lock, i dont even lock the bag just zip it up and in toronto clear ur immi and claim ur bags just with in 15 min.
