Hi guys. Happy New Year. I am claming 67 points in my application based on my education, work experience, age and Language proficiency I will have the 67 points. However, I will try to claim extra 3 points for my wife's one-yer diploma based on adaptabulity. They might or might not award me those 3 points. Will they return my application if they do not award me those 3 points even if I already got the 67 points mark?

Thank you.

If you score your 67 points needed you are fine without your wifes points, claiming them is a plus though.

Good Luck

pass marks is 67. You have 67, your application will be accepted. any points above 67, is simply surplus. But I hope you know, if you applied one months ago, i.e. after feb 27/2008, you are under the new rule and for FSW, 67 point is not enough. Its just a doubt, believe you have consider everything before applying.
