So VISA Officers have a portals to verify the admission and also the student ID submitted while SP application? If yes, then why so many rejections? I know people exploit the education route for immigration but it puts other students application in lurch who are just going there for education in top the universities. I found US Visa process way much efficient and fair than Canada.
Totally agree lol. My family's experience with F1 visa was much easier. Filled the DS160, scheduled an interview appointment, was only asked where the student will be studying. Other family members got B1/B2 visas approved as well. Didn't even have to show proof of funds or SoP or travel itinerary.

I requested a letter of enrolment from my school and ,once I receive it, I will send it to ircc via web form. I will tell the VO that I have started my study (my classes start today 10 May). Will that be ok? will it have a negative impact on my application?
Luckily, my school will refund me in case of a refusal. do I need to mention any other details in the web-form?

It would never give any negative impact on your application for sure, worry-free bro. Basically, you just want to inform them about updates from your college/uni and there is nothing wrong with it. You even could write more about you seriously have a positive intention for studying in Can and by somehow it could facilitate your chance of approval. *God bless*
Wish luck btw bro.

Hi Guys,
what do you think is the Visa Officer's opinion about a student starting his/her studies before visa approval?

Would the VO(Visa Officer) think that the student is genuine and has a strong and truthful interest in his studies and cares about his future plans so that he is risking starting his studies -risking losing his tuition fees?

or the VO would think that student is trying to influence his opinion on the application and thus impact his decision on the visa?

In my opinion, starting studies would give an advantage and would affect the VO's opinion positively? what do you think?
VO does not care if you started studying with the permit or not. Always be on safer side and wait for the permit(unless your college/UNI is flexible), lots of people here have lost money due to this.
