Q). How did you managed your Cargo / Luggage when you travelled/landed for the first time in Canada.
I shipped my furniture and other personal belongings from Hong Kong to Vancouver BC last year. In less than 2 months, from first contact with the relocation company the goods safely arrived in my new home, it was a hassle-less and wonderful experience. It was a door to door.
Before the goods arrived in my new home, I had to visit the local customs office in Vancouver couple of times. First to submit and stamping of the B4 and second time was for customs clearance of the arriving shipments. After clearance, I can make arrangement with the agent to have the shipment delivered to my new home.

Specially for the people who travelled from Middle East, did you guys booked any cargo as well, apart from your luggage. If yes, then what's your advice on that.
Would you like to refer any good Cargo movers to us. Newspaper are filled with these adverts, but you don't wanna risk your life belongings with some newbie in the market. So pls do let me know if you know of someone credible as movers.
I don't have any suggested companies for you (because mine doesn't office in middle east), but I do recommend to avoid using these relocation companies - Executive Mover and Royal Moving and Storage. Reasons as follows:

Whichever companies that you would use in the future, you should double check with the insurance company to ensure you have the necessary documents to be compensated if some of your shipped belongings had been lost/stolen. Good luck!
