Yes, Air Canada will be working from 22 September. There is only one condition that people have to take Covid test at Terminal 3 Delhi Airport. No other test center reports are accepted. Test should be between 18 hours before bord the flight .

I don't have information about it , I must say call to delhi airport covid center to confirm if you need appointment for test.

good sign for direct flights, people can travel after 26 September , The condition is same which Air Canada already mentioned..
