Can someone please help me with PhD application for international person
My cousin is Masters in Mechanical engineering from Australia and had worked for more than 15 years in Saudi Arabia
What is it he has to look for to apply for a PhD in any of the university in Canada?

He has to contact univeristies and look at admission requirements. Most likely he will need to find an advisor to conduct research with to further his and the advisor’s research.

First of all needs to select a topic. It would be a great to have something related to the Masters topic. Then frame a proposal and send it to HoDs of some universities. If they feel its good and relevant they will redirect you to specific professor who will help you to frame that proposal with the uni guidelines and further on help to apply.
