What is the processing time for visitors visa at Abu Dhabi Embassy

Hello everyone,

I live in Dubai and I have applied for the Canadian visitor visa for my whole family. I called VFS a week ago, they said its going to take 33 working days. Its already been more than 33 days now. I have been checking my status on VFS website, However it still shows under process. Can some one let me know how long it is going to take and what is the current processing time?

The timelines posted are an estimate taken from 80% of the applications. That means that 1 out of 5 applications will take longer. As yours it is for a whole family you can definitely expect it to take longer.

My girlfriend just submitted her application and when I checked the processing time it is actually 63 days. How did you apply? online or via mail?

She lives in Dubai too.

Hopefully we can get updates the soonest time possible.

I applied via mail. When I applied the processing time was 33 days.
