I'm from Mongolia. My visa office is in Hong Kong. But I'm already in Canada on different visa. I don't know if I got the visa yet but I just wanna know these things to be ready... (I already travelled to HK once for an interview. I hope I don't have to go there again...)
Once the decision is made, do I need to go submit the passport in person? Can I send it by post? Do they send the passport back to me? Do I need to leave Canada and go back in?
