I am not the admin but a mere participant of this forum just as you. Having noticed your query, I would tell you to please have a look at NOC 0114 -other administrative service managers which explicitly states the membership of ICSA. I would like somebody to answer as to whether this profession of a chartered secretary/company secretary can be looked under another NOC as well which is regarded better for getting a 'PNP without a job offer'. Please advise.
