Thank you for your update. I just checked my WES app and have still not received anything. Will call them again and see what's going on.

Mine was 15 Jan and still have not received any update. Called them to inquire and they said that they shall escalate the matter but it will take 3-4 more days. So will have to call them again next week.

If your order is complete on 18 Dec then did you receive soft copy or they will dispatch it only on/after 14th Jan? Thanks
