Hi there,

First of all my apologies for not being able to share all the very details of my case due to the high security classification of my current job.
I've been working on my paperwork of immigration for quite a while now and seem to be stuck a bit.
If only someone could give me an advise which way to turn at this point:

- I've spent 2 years in Canada under the NATO visiting forces act
- took an IELTS exam with a band result of 7.5 (writing is the weakest link ;) )
- got my two Bachelor's degrees recognized by IQAS
- got valid driver's licence
- got multiple bank accounts, credit cards, good credit history, etc.
- have the required $10 000 CAN on my bank account
- got many good friends back there...
- came back home (Europe) to find the way to apply for citizenship
- got 78 points without arranged employment in the self-assessment tool at the Citizenship and Immigration Canada site
- got the NOC category of all my qualifications and former jobs
- got the checklist and the required documents arranged
- every single document translated, reference letters in order, "Canadian style resume", everything prepared
- I know the Designated Medical Practitioners, have police clearance (obviously), etc.

BUT as far as I'm concerned they don't even take my application into account without having an arranged job employment - which could be the last (biggest?) thing missing at this point.

Could you please correct / complete my list if there's anything missing and give me some advices which way to go finding a job.
Are there any companies helping with getting an Arranged Employment Opinion?

Thank you in advance, sorry for the long post.

Cheers,
another "wannabe Canadian" :)

Did you check your job responsibilities with the following list of any one category? If yes then go forward otherwise manage a job over there.

If you're thinking of applying for permanent residency under federal skilled worker category and your prospective occupation is not among those listed here, then you need arranged job employment.

@Tonucml - I did, no match unfortunately. So I'm trying to get an arranged employment now... I wonder who would hire some foreigner out of the blue... We'll see! Does it need to be related to my work experience, or could it be "any job"?

Thank you for the list though!

@job_seeker - so it seems I've just became a job seeker myself! :) I guess you're way over this whole thing by now... any good advices?
