what is the longest timeline for Passport Request here on this forum?

Hi, what is the longest timeline for Passport Request here on this forum after background in verification process phase when eligiblity is already completed? Over a year or more? SAny idea.

A week ago i consulted canadian high commissioner in Austria. They replied me back that my results are still in pending. There is no fixed time frame. They will contact me when they receive the results. On April 25th it is going to be 1 Year completed.

I am just curious how long I can wait for. I am writing this postto find a glimmer of hope,

Just letting you know my mums supervisa is also stuck for about a year now and is processing in vienna without any updates. When emailing we got an auto reply to not contact them everything is delayed because of the Ukraine invasion and the visa processing of them has priority, which of course is understandable.

i think background verification is done through third party unfiortunately because of my name i guess i got a special treatment. people from germany who applied in August 2023 onwards got their visas . so yeah one of those unlucky applicants i suppose.
