Few fsw applicants has their medicals as passed already

Not really. I think the one or two I saw on tracker are errors. One person wrote his medical pass date BEFORE his AOR date. I think he thought medicals passed = The date he did his medical! :D

When you say person's circumstance, what does it mean? What factors play a role in determining processing time? If your application is pretty simple (clear meds, clean background ie. no criminal records, all documents delivered in required format, nothing suspicious) then can you expect your application to be processed faster?

Background check is what takes the longest time. From what I have seen in this forum, your current nationality does make a difference. Certain nationalities (especially from countries with war, civil unrest) etc take more time. If they see suspicious travel history ( going to one particular country multiple times for no apparent reason) etc might all influence background and security checks. Again these are all based on anecdotal evidence here on the forum. We never truly know since CIC never divulges this info.

I still think checking your profile atleast once a day is a good habit to have! :)

i just double checked the tracker. There is ONE person who passed medical in 2 days in April. Seems to be a lucky shot since there are people waiting to pass for over 45 days from March!

I think the people having times 12-14 months are pnp applicants, right?

We dont know for sure. But yes, for some reason, PNP seems to be the slowest. As far as I have seen on the tracker and here on forum, CEC is fastest, then FSW and then PNP.

Hmm.. makes sense. I hope I fall in the less than 6 months category.

I check my profile once a week. I think we would get an email notification if there is any update.

Basically yes but some applicants dont recieve email notifications so you cant depend on that

I'd rather they invite fewer people and process applications faster than invite huge amount of people having everyone waiting for months and months.

Folks,

I do understand your situation. Please be compassionate. Think of those time, when you folks didnt had the ITA. It does not matter much when is medical passed, if the complete application is processed in six months timeframe for express entry.

Please do not say anything bad and negative about those who are waiting. Those folks have got the ray of hope with increased draw sizes and its frequency.

Thank you!

Well Said. We have ALL been there before.

I am wondering in how much time the status of " Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." usually change or completed.
