What is the difference between original entry date and date of last time entered in Canada?

My wife's application for PR began as outland but in the interim she managed to get a tourist visa to Canada for 6 months. She arrived a few months ago in September.

Is the answer that date in September to both questions? The 2nd question is obvious but 'original entry date' is unclear? Is that some date we originally gave in our application for when we were planning to arrive (which was basically an arbitrary date in the future)?

Origional is the first time she entered Canada, Last time is in Sept. Has nothing to do with your/her planned date of coming to Canada after app is approved.

Thank you very much for the reply. I am surprised they care about her first ever entry -- it was like 3 years ago on an eTA.
