Hi,

I want to apply for my spouse visa togather with study visa.. so which form i have to fill?

I have to fill four forms 2 for me and 2 for my wife?? right?

for me
IMM1294E(APPLICATION FOR STUDY PERMIT
MADE OUTSIDE OF CANADA) and Family Information(IMM5645E)

and for spouse 2 form 1 TRV... there is scedule1 etc etc.. which for i have to fill?? the one in this link

Sabby bro...TRV of spouse... for student there is no need for TRV right? Study permit application is enough....!!!

I am clear on one tghing that i need to fill TRV outside canada and not schedule 1 trv continueing..

Detail of Visit to Canada there are 3 option 1- Business, 2: Tourism and then other

what i feel it should be other and then specify Accompanying Spouse of Prospective Student will it be ok and then if u go next

it ask you after the length of stay.. what i feel length wil be the same as of spouse study length and then comes

Name, Address and relationship of any person/institution i will visit.....??? If I mention already that applicant is the Accompanying spouse of the student then what should i say in this space??

janab, it could be possible that forms in your respective country is different. however, on the top, we need to select student. then in the first box, first name is of candidate, then one can write his/her spouse name and there is a small box that says "will accompany you to Canada, Yes or no"

I am talking about TRV.... Temporary resident visa.... you are talking about study permit...... students do not need to fill temporary resident visa..... because their study permit is enough for getting visa..... trv is necessory fro spouse to fill and there is no country difference!!!

on this link where TRV link take you that TRV is needed to be filled in case if while answering on the study permit form a student say yes to qustion 3-6 in the end...... that trv is schedule-1 trv not trv ...

I will tell you all the forms. Just tell me you want to apply open work permit for wife or normal visitor visa? I apllied last month.

Main applicant =
1) IMM1294e study permit aplication
2) IMM 5707 family information

Spouse=
1) IMM 1295e if you want open work permit
Or IMM 5257e if you want simple visitor visa
2) IMM 5707 family information

Kids =
1) if your child is over 5 years then you will need to apply for study permit IMM 1294e (you will request VO that please issue your child a study permit with a notation to enroll in canadas public school) its very very important. Otherwise you will have to change your kids status again once you will be in canada. + Letter of acceptance Exemptions R219 (you can contact me i will provide you sample)

2) IMM 5257e (if child is insfant or not ready for school yet then visitor visa)

iam in canada and my husband is going to apply (online) OWP for him and study permit for our 2children (14yrs) and visitor visa for our son (3yrs). checklist shows TRV IMM5257b for 14yrs children and IMM5257e for 3yr child. So 3yr child forum (imm5257e) mandatory for fill employment details and duration of stay and available funds, I cannot validate without these details . What i want to write for 3yr employment detail. I am having valid Work Permit till May -2024, but my worker Visa is going to expire in June-2023.

In that case, i would like to apply Visa extension, Kindly advise anyone which form should i fill to get the visa extn ?
