What is the chance of getting visa with conditional offer?

Hello,
Please I have just been offered conditional offer for admission into Master of Arts Applied Economics but I dont know my chances of getting visa. The school want me to do some four courses before i can start my program. According to the school i can do the courses in my country or in Canada but I opted for Canada.

I am worried about my visa chances. Please any suggestions?

Higher chance of approval if you first do the course in your home country and then apply for a study permit for the Masters with a non-conditional offer. But obviously your choice.

Thank you. I dont know what happened because I applied last year and I was given Unconditional offer but I couldn't make it to school so i re apply and now i got conditional offer
