What is the best way to get my mother to stay in Canada

Hello Friends

I have been living in Toronto since March 2014 on work permit. I manage the operations of a company in aviation industry.
Recently got my PR approved.

My mother has visited and stayed for few months every year since I came here.
She is alone in India and I am looking for her to stay in Toronto long term. Due to her age its not feasible to travel back and forth.
If I apply for her PR that will take few years.
Is there a faster way/category so she can stay here while her PR is getting processed.

no short processes available, all options on CIC official website.
No other way really since you indicate applying for her pr takes too long.
Or you go stay with her 'back home' and take care of her.

Super visa will have an extended stay of upto 2 years. During this time you can sponsor her visa.

The only way to guarantee her stay is to apply and get approved for PR. At the mean time, you can apply for a temp super visa and she can stay up to 2 years. She will need health insurance coverage during her stays. Also she will need to past her medical exam to be approved for PR.
So at the end, you may need to plan to return to India with her if PR doesn't get approved.
