WHAT IS THE BEST SOLUTION TO SEND APPLICATION TO IMMIGRATION???????

Hi Guys,

We are struggling to send the documents to immigration.My husband is in canada and went today to fedex to send the file and fedex said that its a PO box address and we cant do it...

What is the option i have now??? Is post safe ...trackable and registered.....its a effort of months can just let it go in wrong hands..


Please any one help me...... :'( :'( :'( :'(
