What is the avg time for Quebec processing

I have seen in some threads with processing times ~3-4 years for Indians. Will it remain the same while submitting our profiles this August?

Most of the cases we seen here had taken time.. But according to the new online system we can expect much shorter time to process, still we don't have a proper info from MIDI. According to their official website, for India its 28 months.
