I was interviewed on this job by some private organization who specializes in the overseas study or local college.
I googled its average salary is $43,000-48,000. However, I found the salary that these employers offered ranges from $24,000-$40,000. I was thinking if they lowered the salary and if my PR application would be affected by the salary.
Also, is there any negotiable skills on salary once I get the offer. Thanks very much for every person who would like to share her/his opinions and experiences.

Your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA. The LMIA will not be approved if the salary is too low. The salary the employer is going to pay you has to be at least the median salary for that profession for the province you will be working in.

I have an open work permit, so I don't need the LIMIA. But the salary is really an issue when I apply for the job because it will affect my PR application as well as my living expense.
