Hello, I am trying to get a visitor visa for my friend and I know I need to send him an "Invitation letter" but he seems to think I need to fill out a form also, but I cannot find a form anywhere online. Is there anywhere I can go in person to fill out forms and such? My city does not have a immigration lawyer and I've been warned to stay away from "immigration consultants".. also does just a copy of my birth certificate suffice to attach to my letter of invite? Bank statements as well?!
