I decided to post this because of the confusion about people asking about PNP requiring Nonsense like Points IELTS etc.Canada is a Federal Country which enshrined in its Constitution that EVERY PROVINCE has the right to make laws regulating Immigration to that province,This is as long as it does not conflict with Federal Law,The exception is the Quebec Nation,Which NEVER signed the Canadian Constitution and was joined to Canada by British Army in 18th Century.Thats why they control ALL their Immigration,They are Officially a Nation within a United Canada.
Provinces have varying requirements depending from Province to Province. If you meet the requirements of a Provice and are selected or nominated by that Province,They issue you a nomination letter which you bring to the Nearest Canadian Embassy.once nominated by a province you CANNOT BE DENIED entry by said Embassy unless you fail the medical or Security Check.Processing times are faster with most nominations finished in 3-4 months. No points,LMO ELMO and other nonsense in Most cases,That is Why if you have a job offer or an employer,I cannot understand Why you would go under the FSW.Question???

Easy question: do all PNPs require that you have an arranged job? And if yes, is there any chance this may change in the future?

The reason I ask is: the advantage of the FSW (under the old rules, at least) was that you could migrate even if you had no job offer - as long as you were qualified, you had a chance. With the PNPs, which the procedures may be simpler, you have to get a job in Canada first - but that's not always so easy.

from my point of view, PNP is much secured than doing FSW aside of course the processing time is concern..... in FSW you are applying in your own will, no job of what so ever waiting for you, that is why DON'T expect a job that is suited to your talent and education. which other people are complaining they cannot find a good job for their education, experience and skills, which they tend to end up doing a low profile job.... with PNP you have a secured job once you landed in canada, which means you got a job that is suited to your education, experience and skills.
cheers!!!

BCguy, this is a very, very useful thread. Thank you for the information. As you mentioned in my thread, I should look into this PNP option, and after reading your post, I am fairly certain I will as soon as I land in Canada. You are a lifesaver, good sir. Thank you once again.

Help!!!
i had been nominated by manitoba province.
after i comply to them. a letter sent to me & need to submit additional docs n pay the residence fee & also make an arrangements for my medical.

my problem is this the DMP needs an additional test for further investigations. how thus my case affect my application what are the points should i take in informing the visa office in my case? n should i send my requirements separately the additional docs from medical.
