I got pre arrival before 7 months and after no updates and one of my friends got before 11 months and he also did not get any update after so no specific time.

Is their any difference between pre arrival letter and pre arrival services letter?
My one was pre arrival services, and next day i got personal document request. Within a week ECOPR.
