Here are my questions, Thanks for all replies.

1. What is Immigration through Phd program?

1. My wife is Masters in English, can she apply for PHD program?

2. If yes, will we get family visa?

3. How much app. will cost us?

4. Is this is good idea to get PR through this mode as we don't have our occupation in the list.

Thanks & Regards

See here for detailed information:

To qualify to apply you must be either:

•an international student enrolled in a PhD program in Canada who:
◦has finished at least two years of study toward a PhD,
◦is in good academic standing at the time you apply, and
◦did not get an award that requires you to return to your home country to apply your knowledge and skills.

OR

•a graduate of a PhD program in Canada who:
◦graduated no more than 12 months before the date we get your application, and
◦did not get an award which required you to return to your home country to apply your knowledge and skills (or did, but have already met the terms of the award).

So your wife would first have to apply and be accepted into a PhD program in Canada and finish two years of her studies successfully. Yes - students who have finished their Masters can apply for a PhD. However it's impossible for any of us to say if your wife will be accepted into a program. You'll have to research this information on the web sites of the universities she plans on applying to. You should also research the costs of completing a PhD in Canada. Fees are very high for international students.
