What is Observations?

Hi Team, I have added my wife after I got PPR and now CIC is asking to upload some docs related to my wife. In the request letter, they asked passport and payment receipt(I have already submitted all IMM forms for wife last week). But when I logged in to upload, I see a three rows with upload button. One of the row is asking Observations. Does anyone know what is Observations?
