what is Naturalized Canadian Citizen

Hi,
My wife is Canadian Citizen born out side of Canada but on her birth her parents already get Citizen ship of Canada her parent not born in Canada they immigrant to Canada and get Citizen ship before but they move from Canada to Libya after getting Citizen ship for some years and on my wife birth she got Citizen ship in Libya so my wife is a Naturalized Canadian Citizen or not? i read some where that Naturalized Canadian can born her baby out side of Canada if i am right so pls update we actually living in South Korea and wanna born baby but we are not 100% sure either we can born our baby here or not because i am not Canadian Citizen nor Korean.
pls help me out for this.

A naturalized Canadian citizen means someone was NOT Canadian at birth, and later on acquired Canadian permanent residency, and finally citizenship.

Your wife is a Canadian citizen by birth, NOT naturalized. She's the first generation Canadian born abroad, and your kid(s) if born abroad would be the second generation born abroad, and they will NOT be Canadian citizens at birth.

The only way your kids can be Canadian citizens at birth is if they're born in Canada...

there are two Canadian citizens, those who get it via birth and those who get it via immigration (naturalized,) those who are by birth means they were either born in Canada or one of their parents is Canadian regardless whether the parents immigrated to Canada (naturalized citizens) or whether they were citizens by birth. those naturalized are those who became permanent residents and applied later for citizenship. therefore your wife is a Canadian by birth because her parents are Naturalized Canadians.
