I came here while searching if I can apply for PRTD while I am in Canada. I need to travel home country because of urgency.
I just got eCoPR last week and PR case (after Portal-2) is still under review. I cannot also access Permanent Resident (PR) Card / PR Travel Document menu. Anyone knows any other option to apply online? For offline, it seems I need to send my passport but I need it when I depart.
Any help highly appreciated!
