completely understand. I was not aware it could be started from Canada before leaving so that is helpful perhaps for others who may be in similar circumstances. Sadly, no good this round for me!
I came here while searching if I can apply for PRTD while I am in Canada. I need to travel home country because of urgency.
I just got eCoPR last week and PR case (after Portal-2) is still under review. I cannot also access
Permanent Resident (PR) Card / PR Travel Document menu. Anyone knows any other option to apply online? For offline, it seems I need to send my passport but I need it when I depart.
Any help highly appreciated!
