what is my CLB level with IELTS 7,7.5,7.5,7.5

I have these scores
reading = 7.5 CLB=9
writing =7.5 CLB=10
listening =7.5 CLB=8
speaking=7 CLB=9
as new express entry has skills transferability points according to CLB how much is my CLB equivalent score? will they aggregate it? like and average? if so than my CLB score is 9.

Probably it would not be taken as average as CIC mentioned that it has to be CLB +9 in all four language abilities .
you will be considered CLB 8 i guess

looks like a mismatch or mistake in the "listening" column: it scores 6.0 for CLB 7, and 7.5 (PLUS 1.5 points!!) for CLB 8. There's no more such big "gaps" between two adjacent CLB scores in any other place in this table.
Could anybody comment this?

There isn't a mistake/mismatch - it just means if you score 6.5 or 7, it would be counted as CLB 7
